Intermediate Admission Schedule Announced – Final Dates Confirmed by Punjab Board

The Punjab Board has officially announced the Intermediate Part One admission schedule, urging students to complete their applications within the given timeline. According to the latest notification issued on December 5, students can submit their admission forms with a single fee until December 12, while those who miss the deadline can apply with a late fee from December 13 to December 22.
This announcement affects thousands of students across Punjab preparing for their FA, FSc, ICS, and I.Com programs under the 2025 session.
Admission Schedule Details
| Category | Submission Dates |
| Single Fee | December 1 – 12, 2025 |
| Late Fee | December 13 – 22, 2025 |
Officials confirmed that five days of the single-fee window have already passed, leaving only seven days for students to submit their forms without penalty.
Teachers Highlight Short Working Days
Education experts and teachers have voiced concerns that, due to bank holidays and weekends, students have only four effective working days left to complete the admission process.
Many teachers are urging the board to extend the single-fee deadline to ensure that no deserving student misses the opportunity due to administrative delays or financial constraints.
Parents Voice Concerns Over Fee Hikes
Parents have expressed frustration over the increasing financial pressure caused by inflation, saying that paying single fees is already challenging, while double and triple late fees add to the burden.
One parent said, “Inflation has already made it hard for families to manage school and college expenses. The board should at least provide relief to students instead of penalizing them.”
Parents and students alike have appealed to Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz to intervene and provide relaxation in admission deadlines and fee structure.
Call for Government Intervention
Education stakeholders are calling on the Punjab Education Department and Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz to reconsider the current admission timeline and offer flexible options for students facing financial hardship.
They emphasized that many families are struggling due to rising costs of living, and strict admission policies could result in a significant number of students missing out on enrollment for the upcoming academic year.
Final Thoughts
The Intermediate Admission Schedule 2025 has sparked a mix of urgency and concern among students and parents. While the board aims to streamline the process, many are hoping for deadline extensions and fee relief to ensure equal access to education across Punjab.
